Need
- Eighteen buildings with four stair cases per building needed to be demoed completely and rebuilt with new skirt boards, stringers and commercial grade LVL ledger locks through stringers and in through side skirt boards to ensure the highest standard of quality and integrity for moving heavy apartment fridges and beds plus daily use from residents up and down the stairs.
Solution
- Pull permits, demo and install every staircase. For risers and treads use full size KD 2” bys to get rubber vynal treads glued atop for traction and protection. Staircase work includes sheetrock / plaster / caulking / painting.
